Advantages of MAT ply construction

To provide you completely defect free plywood panel, we manufacture ANTICO Plywood by MAT ply making process. In this manufacturing process we make MAT ply without face and send it for checking for any defect. After that the defect free MAT ply is again pressed with GURJAN face.

Power of High density hard wood

ANTICO Plywood is manufactured by using high density plantation hard wood, that makes it extra strong plywood.

Zero Gap Inside

Since ANTICO Plywood is manufactured by using 8x4ft panel, that is assembled by experts with utmost care, so there is very rare chance of any core gap inside the panel. This property again helps in enhancing the strength of ANTICO Plywood.

GLP protected plywood

High density timbers used to manufacture ANTICO Plywood are treated with anti termite & anti borer chemicals before sawing and the resin used during assembly is also mixed with most advanced Glue line chemicals and organic compounds. So it is double protected against termite and borer.
